Skin Lightening Regime for Dry Skin (Month 2)
The purpose of this regime is to reduce pigmentation in the form of dark patches/spots, tanning or uneven skin tone.
We have created a series of 3 regimes to be used month on month. The present regime should be used only after trying the regime of month 1 to enable a gradual transition to stronger agents.
What is it? Skin lightening regime Month 2
Who can use it? Dry skin types with Pigmentation
Sensitive skin: You can try only if your skin is calm for a long time. Avoid if your skin is irritated, burning or itchy.
What next? After completing Month 2, you can shift to Month 3 of the skin lightening regime if you don’t see complete clearance
Wash your face with a Cera Ve Hydrating Cleanser. It is a gentle cleanser that does not strip the natural skin barrier of your skin.
Put Natrium Tranaxemic Acid with kojic acid on full-face or restricts its use to dark patches depending on the extent of pigmentation.
Put CeraVe Hydrating Sunscreen Face Lotion SPF 50. Repeat the second application 30 minutes before going out in sun. It is a good choice as it offers both hydration and sun protection. You can put make-up on top of sunscreen.
Remove make-up if needed with micellar water and wash your face. Pat dry and put the skin lightening serum.
Put Paula’s choice AHA 8% gel on the full face or restricts its use to dark patches depending on the extent of pigmentation.
Put a Cera Ve moisturising lotion or cream after 10-15 minutes to hydrate your skin.
EAT MULTIVITAMIN DAILY
Multivitamins are absolutely essential for rejuvenating the skin from within. You can take GNC Skin and Hair Vitamin daily in the case of females and GNC Mega Men in case of Males.
