I live outside India. Can I still opt for one-to-one advice?
Absolutely. Dr. Surbhi offers virtual guidance to clients globally. For international users, she primarily recommends over-the-counter (OTC) products and cosmeceuticals as part of a personalised routine.
Up to 70% of common concerns — acne, hair loss, eczema, hives — can be managed with globally available OTC options such as Minoxidil, Adapalene, Benzoyl Peroxide, Cetirizine, Allegra, Ketoconazole and Hydrocortisone.
If you're an NRI who prefers Indian prescription products, she can provide a prescription to help you source them independently. For severe or urgent issues, it's best to see a nearby dermatologist in person.
Do you prescribe medications for Indian patients?
Yes. For clients within India, Dr. Surbhi can prescribe medications that are safe and appropriate to recommend virtually, and these can be sourced from local pharmacies. For severe or urgent issues, it's best to see a nearby dermatologist in person.
What age group do you provide advice for?
We currently offer one-to-one advice for individuals aged 18 and above. For infants, babies or young children, we recommend a nearby paediatric dermatologist, as their skin requires physical examination and specialised care.

What if I can't attend at the scheduled time?
No worries — you can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Please try to notify us in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
If cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, there are no charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee or may not be refunded, depending on the situation.
Is my personal and medical information confidential?
Yes. We prioritise your privacy and data security. You're encouraged to crop or anonymise your images before sharing them.
Can I request a refund if I'm not satisfied?

How long does the session last?
Each session typically lasts 10–15 minutes, depending on the complexity of your concern. A detailed routine and product recommendations are shared afterwards.
What follow-up support is available?
