The Ordinary Ascorbic Acid 8% + Alpha Arbutin 2% serum has just 3 ingredeints: Ascorbic acid, Arbutin and Solvent. It has 8% L Ascorbic acid, the most pure form of Vitamin C. L-Ascorbic acid delays ageng, repairs skin and fades pigmentation.

Arbutin 2 % is the second active agent in this serum. It is well known skin lightening agents, but a mild one. If you tend to tan, freckles or develop dark pacthes, Alpha arbutin might offer some prevention.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Skin type: Oily, Combination, Dry (might need extra layer of moisturiser on top of it). This serum might feel oily on application for sometime.

The Ordinary Ascorbyl Glucoside Solution 12% Serum

This serum has only one active ingredents- 12 Ascorbyl Glucoside. It is stable form of Vitamin C. . It share same benefit as L- Ascorboc acid.  But is is less efficacious then L ascorbic acid. It has better acceptabilty on sensitive skin types.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Skin type: Oily, Combination, Dry (might need extar layer of moisturiser on top of it). Acording to TheOrdinary website, this is water based serum that gets absorbed instantly. 

Skin concern: Ageing, Senstive skin ( can be tried if your skin is calm)

The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% Suspension

If your skin is rough and tough, and can tolerate strong inredients (like retinol, glycolic acid) peels, toners etc. without getteing red or irritated, then you can directly start with this  product. 

The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% suspension has Pure L ascorbic acid at concentration of 23 % in powder form. This product might feel powdery on application and cause tingling. Do not rub it vigrously, just massage gently until it gets absorbed. 

If you gets redness, irriation, bumps or burning on using it for first time, then discontinue and shift to above 2 vesrions. If you feel tolerable burning sensation, then mix with a cream in 1:1 ratio initially. Gradually, reduce dilutions.

Unlike other Vitamin C serum, you should use it at night especially if you go out in sun. Hyaluronic acid 2% in mircrosphere help in hydrating plumping up your skin.
